Originally founded in 1997, Destiny Group, is a low-cost, nationwide military-to-civilian job board focused on bringing transitioning military, former military, and spouses together with small business employers seeking employees with a military background.

In August 2008, the military-to-civilian recruiting firm RecruitMilitary acquired Destiny Group from Landmark Military Media. Destiny Group is a veteran-owned and veteran-operated small business that understands the time and budget constraints faced by other small businesses in today's tough economic times.

To bring employers and military job seekers together, Destiny Group offers online job postings, resume search, banner advertising, educational opportunities, and access to a large affiliate network to include US Army Warrant Officer Association, Oconus.com, and VetFriends.com to name a few.

As well, Landmark Destiny Group provides ancillary services to Job Seekers like: resume generation, resume review, personality testing, a military-to-civilian job translator, and a military transition newsletter.
